Shipping Services

Listed below are the basic shipping options that are available at checkout. We will work with you to determine the best shipping method to meet your date. Just give us a call and tell us what items you are considering and we can give you an estimate based on availability. We're here to help YOU!

Shipping Department Operations

Business days are Monday thru Friday excluding Holidays. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Victor, NY.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to most locations within the United States as well as to Military (APO/FPO) addresses and the U.S. Territories.

In-stock merchandise ships within 1-3 business days after receipt of your approved payment. If your order contains pre-order, special order or otherwise out of stock merchandise, we will contact you ASAP regarding shipment options.

Although we closely track our inventory and do not normally allow an order to be placed for out of stock items, if we find that we do not have an item that you ordered in stock, we will contact you immediately to let you know when we expect the item back in stock.

Shipping Carriers and Services
The following carrier and service options will be made available during checkout. You may select the option that best meets your specific needs. Please be aware that not all shipping methods will be available for all orders, based on order content.

Economy Shipping - our basic shipping method, offering the most cost effective option for our customers. We will choose the best way to ship your order to ensure the best possible price.

USPS First Class Mail Parcel - for very small orders, a cost effective option available for some products.

USPS Priority Mail - a faster shipping method at a reasonable price.

If you need your order sooner, you may contact us to inquire about FedEx services. We will be happy to give you a quote for one of these expedited services. Please note that some FedEx service types are limited in select areas. For details on service locations, call 1-800-Go-FedEx (1-800-463-3339). Not all service types will be available for all orders.

Order Delivery Time

Total delivery time includes the time until the order ships (processing time) plus the expected time-in-transit of your order. Processing time varies by product, but for most products, is 1-3 business days. Special Order and Made to Order items, such as RoseyBow® brand hair bows, have a longer processing time. Time-in-transit is determined by the shipping method you select and the delivery destination.

Time In Transit Estimates

  • Economy Shipping shipments arrive within 5 business days after shipment.
  • USPS First Class Mail Parcel shipments arrive within 5 business days after shipment.
  • USPS Priority Mail shipments arrive within 3 business days after shipment.

This does NOT include the time required to process your order. You will receive a shipping notification via e-mail when your order is shipped. Please refer to this notification to confirm your shipping date.

Shipping quotes provided through both the checkout process and the shopping cart shipping calculator are ESTIMATES ONLY, though some services do offer a guaranteed delivery date. Your actual shipping cost will not exceed the amount you are charged during checkout.

If you have a specific deadline by which you must receive your order, please provide this date in the comments section of your order or call us. We will be happy to help you select the appropriate shipping method to ensure that you receive your order in a time frame that you are comfortable with. We will let you know UP FRONT if we think there may be an issue. We take your special event seriously, therefore we won't make you a promise we don't think we can keep. Honesty is our best policy.

It is the responsibility of the customer to plan for a special event appropriately
. Please allow enough time based on item availability, order processing and shipping transit times. Actual package delivery is the responsibility of the selected carrier and we offer carriers whose track record has proven reliable. However, inclement weather, natural disasters and other factors out of everyone's control, though rare, can impact delivery.

As always, please contact us if you require assistance in selecting a shipping method. We can offer more accurate quote information over the phone, which is especially important when you have a deadline.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and PO Box/APO/FPO Addresses

All orders are delivered by USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail and follow the same shipping rates referenced below. The U.S. Territories include Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Pacific Islands, Guam and American Samoa.

International Shipping

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. If you have an alternate US address or someone you trust who can receive your package at their US address, you may use this as the shipping address. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that you provide us with an accurate shipping address. Shipping charges for returned packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer WILL NOT be refunded. Additional shipping charges will apply if a returned package needs to be re-shipped.
